Livestock Deposit Terms
- All livestock deposits are structured at a minimum of 20% of the animals value. This deposit is non-refundable for any reason including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Failure/refusal to show the correct set-up
- Failure/refusal to provide the recommended set-up
- If the animals set-up is not purchased from ourselves, we require full detailed photos of our setup including but not limited to:
- Accurate measurements ( L x D x H )
- Photo of your thermostat including the box*
- Photo of your UVB out put which includes details of the age of the bulb, and the percentage/Ferguson output & necessary protective equipment.
- Photo of your form of heating & necessary protective equipment
- Photos of appropriate Décor & Substrate
- Deposit holds the animal for 2 weeks from the date the deposit is paid, after this end date the customer loses** any money paid towards the animal and the reservation on the animal
- We reserve the right to deny any sale if we are unsatisfied with the set-up and believe it is not meeting the animals specific needs & care requirements.
- Deposit is non-transferable to any other animals/products in the shop.

Set-up Deposit Terms
- Set-up deposits must be paid in at least 20% of the set-ups final value
- Set-ups that are being built must have the £25 build charge paid in advance – this build charge is non-refundable and is a separate charge from the set-up (This cost may vary if the set-up is custom)
- Set-ups must be collected within 2 weeks of initial deposit paid, after this end date the customer loses** any money paid towards the set-up and build fee.
- Deposit is non-transferable to any other set-ups/products in the shop.
